Because anim8 distributes digital subscriptions and consumables via secure reseller networks and platform stores, specific procedures apply when requesting refunds.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Android in-app transactions are conducted directly through the Google Play Store. Because we do not directly collect, hold, or process individual transaction balances ourselves, we cannot execute direct manual card overrides or manual cash refunds. Your requests must route through Paddle or Google Play depending on where your purchase occurred.
Purchases of consumable digital items, such as Spark Refills, are considered final and non-refundable. Once these items are added to your inventory or consumed within the application to perform actions, they cannot be refunded, reversed, or restored.
If you purchased a subscription or consumable package through our website, Paddle handles the transaction as our Merchant of Record.
If you made your purchase through the Google Play Store on an Android device:
Under consumer protection rules in the EU, you have the right to cancel purchases of digital content within 14 days. However, this cancellation right expires immediately once the delivery of digital performance begins (for example, when you actively spend Action Sparks, run a co-host livestream segment, or initiate timeline calculations).
