European Compliance

EU Digital Services Act

This page provides the required transparency information under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) for all anim8 application formats.

Point of Contact

In compliance with Articles 11 and 12 of the DSA, we have designated [email protected] as the single point of contact for direct communication with Member States' authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services, and our users. Communication should be in English for the fastest response.

Content Moderation

While anim8 is a single player simulation, users can share character presets and templates. We do not use automated moderation to shadow ban users, but we do respond to reports of illegal content. If content is found to be illegal under EU or Member State law, we will act quickly to disable access to it globally across all versions of the app.

Reporting Illegal Content

If you are a resident of the European Union and wish to report content you believe is illegal, please email [email protected]. Your notice should include a clear explanation of why you believe the information is illegal and the exact location of the content (preset name, handle, or ID).

Transparency Reporting

anim8 is currently a small platform as defined by the DSA. We monitor our average monthly active recipients within the EU to ensure we remain in compliance with the tiered requirements of the Act. We do not display traditional advertisements or use profiling algorithms to suggest content for commercial purposes.

User Redress

If we make a decision to remove content or suspend an account based on a DSA report, the affected user will be notified and given the opportunity to appeal the decision through our internal complaint handling system.
